Removal and installation of the distributor of ignition – system TCI

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Designate and disconnect from the wire distributor. For a detachment of wires remove caps of the distributor of ignition, having hooked in the specified places and having separated parts.

2. Turn out a candle from 1st cylinder.

3. Expose the piston of 1st cylinder in ВМТ a compression step (subsection 3.1.4 see).

4. Designate and disconnect from the distributor vacuum hoses.

5. Put a label on the case of the distributor opposite to the index бегунка and designate labels position of the distributor concerning the engine.

6. Turn away a nut (bolt) of a collar.

7. Remove the distributor.

The prevention
Turn коленвала after distributor removal is not supposed.

8. Installation is carried out upside-down. Be preliminary convinced that the piston of 1st cylinder is exposed in ВМТ a compression step. Insert the distributor so that the put labels were combined, at installation the shaft gear wheel should turn. Check up installation of the moment of ignition.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn away bolts, remove a cap and a distributor cover.

2. Turn away 3 screws and remove бегунок from the platen.

3. Installation is carried out upside-down.
