PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect from the pump hoses, turn away 2 nuts of fastening of the pump.
2. Remove the pump, if necessary displace the pump easy blow on wooden бруску.
3. Remove 2 linings.
4. The pump not folding and to repair is not subject. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace linings from both parties of the prorate of the pump, without breaking their thickness.

The prevention

In system of injection L-Jetronic the pumping pump is mounted near to a tank, in system Motronic this pump is mounted in a fuel tank. The gauge of level of fuel is mounted in a fuel tank on the pump of pumping or on the fuel pump.

Execute декомпрессию and disconnect the battery from weight.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car.
2. Remove a cover and disconnect from the wire pump.
3. Press clips fuel hoses of the pump and disconnect them on the pump.
4. Turn away screws of fastening and remove the pump. Installation is carried out upside-down.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn away screws and remove лючок (is under a back seat or under a rug in a luggage carrier, depending on model).
2. Disconnect sockets of the pump of pumping (1) and the gauge of level of fuel (2) in early system of injection Motronic.
3. For a socket detachment hook скобу so that dredging was combined with a groove on a latch and dissolve socket parts.
4. On a part of cars to take the pump with the gauge it is necessary to turn this knot counter-clockwise.
5. On a part of cars the knot of the pump with the gauge fastens these nuts.
6. In early system of injection Motronic at first get the gauge of level of fuel, then get the pump, without disconnecting hoses.
7. On early models turn away fastening screws, take away скобы and remove the pumping pump.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down. If necessary replace a lining between the pump and a fuel tank.

1. Remove the pump with the gauge.

3. If resistance differs, the gauge replace.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down.
