PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check is carried out at engine temperature not above 30 ° by S.Otsoedinite from an atomizer a socket and take aside.
2. Turn away 2 screws and get an atomizer, without disconnecting a gasoline pipe line. Exclude ignition operation, having disconnected and having earthed a high-voltage wire of the coil. Start the fuel pump on 1 mines, перемкнув its conclusions to the relay. In this time leaks of fuel from an atomizer it should not to be observed. Otherwise an atomizer replace. Switch off ignition and clean a crosspiece.

3. Attach a socket to an atomizer and substitute under it a vessel. Ask the assistant to include ignition and a starter. The stream of the conic form should be observed. If a stream faltering clean an atomizer or replace.
4. If the stream is absent, check up pressure on a socket at starter inclusion. If pressure is not present, replace the thermorelay.

Thermotimer (the relay of a starting atomizer)

The thermotimer operates an atomizer of start-up of the cold engine, providing opening of a starting atomizer for a certain time which depends on engine temperature. The relay is mounted near to the gauge of temperature of a liquid. Check is carried out at engine temperature not above 30 ° With.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Exclude ignition operation, having disconnected and having earthed a high-voltage wire of the coil. Remove from the relay a cover and connect the voltmeter to a black-yellow wire of a socket.
2. For this purpose ask the assistant to include ignition and a starter. Pressure should appear at the moment of inclusion of a starter and later 6–10 сек, depending on engine temperature, to disappear.
3. If pressure is, open a socket check up short circuit of contacts of the relay.
4. Attach a wire of the coil and warm up the engine to temperature not more low 41 ° S.Kontakty of the relay should be opened. Otherwise the relay replace.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Starting atomizer
1. Execute декомпрессию.
2. Disconnect from an atomizer a socket.
3. Turn away the union and disconnect a gasoline pipe line (or disconnect a hose).
4. Turn away 2 screws and get an atomizer.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.
The thermorelay
6. On the cooled down engine turn away a stopper of a mouth of a tank.
7. Disconnect from the relay a socket.
8. A face key turn out the relay and immediately to prevent liquid loss, wrap the new relay.
