9.7. The working cylinder of coupling

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a liquid from a tank of a hydrodrive of coupling.
2. Lift car redock.
3. Disconnect a hose of a hydrodrive of coupling, for this purpose on a part of cars it is required to remove the cylinder.
4. Turn away a nut and remove the cylinder. 1. A hydrodrive hose

5. Check up deterioration plastic heads of a pusher and the pusher lever. The lever as a rule wears out only in deepening under a pusher. The strengthened deterioration on each side and on the lever out of deepening specifies heads of a pusher in infringement of axial position of a pusher.
6. At leak detection through consolidation of a pusher the cylinder replace. At replacement consider that on models with a usual flywheel the cylinder with internal diameter 20,64 mm, and on models with a dual flywheel – with internal diameter 22,2 mm is established.
7. Installation is carried out upside-down. Grease a pusher head молибденовой with greasing and be convinced that the pusher has come into deepening on the lever. Fill in a liquid and remove air.
