3.2.14. Assemblage of a head of the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before assemblage the head of cylinders should be completely cleared.

2. If the head surrendered in repair on it should be already established valves and assemblage it is necessary to begin, being guided by point 7.

3. Grease a core of 1st valve with fresh oil for the engine (or молибденовой greasing) and establish in the corresponding directing plug.

4. Dip маслосъемный a cap into fresh oil for the engine and dress on a core of the valve and on directing plug, finalise a cap оправкой, slightly пристукнув on it a hammer. It is necessary to mean that on a part of engines маслосъемные caps of inlet and final valves differ.

5. Compress the adaptation a spring and insert crackers into a flute on a valve core.

6. Repeat procedure for all valves, having established all details on former places (if the removed details клапанного the mechanism are established).

Engines M10 and М20

7. Collect коромысла with platens as it should be the return to dismantling, track correctness of installation of platens (subsection 3.2.11 see).

8. Grease necks of a cam-shaft and cams and establish in a head of cylinders so that necks did not touch коромысел (which wring out).

Engines M40

9. Grease apertures in a head of cylinders and establish hydropushers on former places.

10. Establish disks, levers of pushers and fingers of levers on former places.
11. Grease cam-shaft beds in a head of cylinders.
12. Establish a cam-shaft in a head of cylinders so that valves of 1st цидиндра have opened, the final valve of 4th цидиндра has been closed, and inlet – is opened.
13. Grease covers of basic necks of a cam-shaft. Establish them on I sweep and screw bolts. Tighten bolts in regular intervals and gradually, till the set moment.
14. Replace a forward epiploon of a cam-shaft (subsection 3.1.12 see).
All engines
15. Establish a branch pipe маслопровода, having replaced уплотнители and having tightened bolts with the set moment.
16. Establish a head of cylinders (subsection 3.1.13 see).
