The prevention Коленвал it is possible to remove only after dismantle of the engine from the car. Preliminary remove a flywheel (or a leading disk), a pulley-uspokoitel, a belt (chain), the pallet, маслоприемник, the oil pump, a forward cover and rods with pistons.

| 2. Displace коленвал towards a back part of the engine, having made the maximum effort, and in this position establish an indicator scale on a zero. Then push a cranked shaft towards a forward part of the engine and consider indicator indications. The size axial люфта is equal to distance on which the shaft has moved. If axial люфт exceeds standard value check up deterioration of persistent surfaces of cheeks коленвала. If their deterioration insignificant люфт it should be corrected by replacement of radical loose leaves with the new. |
| 3. In the absence of a display head люфт it is possible to measure by means of a set щупов. Cautiously displace коленвал towards a forward part of the engine and measure axial люфт, laying щупы between a cheek коленвала and an end face of the persistent radical bearing (the bearing with fillets on both parties, see subsection 3.2.27). |

4. Check up presence on covers of radical bearings ориентационных the marksman and marks of number of the cylinder. Usually covers are numbered beginning from a forward part of the engine, ориентационные arrows should be turned towards a forward part of the engine. If marks are absent, designate covers, накернив labels. Release bolts of covers on 1/4 turns at one time, until then while bolts not begin to turn away by hand. At assemblage bolts should be turned on former places. |
| 5. Cautiously displace covers blows of a hammer with soft brisk and remove them together with loose leaves, without supposing their loss. |

6. Cautiously remove коленвал, considering its considerable weight. Leave loose leaves in проточках the block of cylinders and covers. Put covers with loose leaves on the places and tighten bolts by hand. |
