The given system is intended for catching of steams of gasoline from fuel equipment at the expense of absorption in a tank with the activated coal. At movement of the car the purge valve is slightly opened also steams подсасываются in a collector and are burnt in engine cylinders. Idling and at warming up of the engine of pair the purge valve is closed, that not переобогатить a mix.

On considered cars valves of a purge of 2 types – with an electromagnetic and pneumatic drive are established. The valve is mounted on a soaking up collector or at a tank with an absorber.

At malfunction in system abnormal work of the heated-up engine is observed. Malfunction in the given system does not influence start-up of the engine.

The purge pneumovalve

1. Disconnect from the valve hoses and blow through больший the union, – air should not to pass. On a part of cars it is provided термопневмоклапан which opens at liquid temperature in system of cooling 46 ° S.Etot the valve it is usually mounted on a soaking up collector, near to the temperature gauge.

2. Be convinced that at depression creation on the small union air through the valve passes freely.

3. If check yields negative result the valve replace.

4. Disconnect from the valve hoses and wires.

5. Be convinced that at ignition inclusion from outside the valve click is listened.

6. Otherwise check up pressure on the valve.

7. If pressure is, the valve replace. Otherwise check up the processor block and conducting.

Tank with the activated coal

8. Disconnect hoses from a tank, preliminary having marked them.

9. Remove a tank. At detection of damages a tank replace.
