Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car.
2. Remove a reducer.
3. Put labels of mutual orientation to a leading gear wheel and on a nut.
4. Расконтрите also turn away a nut, keeping a flange.
5. By means of a stripper press a flange from a gear wheel. If on a condensed surface of a flange there is a flute from an epiploon address for consultation in car-care centre concerning replacement of this detail.
6. Cautiously remove an epiploon an assembly hook or a screw-driver.
7. Grease and with the help оправки запрессуйте a new epiploon.
8. Insert a flange, having greased its surface, wrap a flange nut. Tighten a nut динамометрическим a key and define the inhaling moment at which the labels put at dismantling are combined. This moment should is close to the size specified in subsection 9.2. If this moment is less than norm it is necessary to replace распорную the plug of bearings of a leading gear wheel (it is carried out in car-care centre).
9. If the inhaling moment is reached before coincidence of labels immediately stop a nut inhaling.
The prevention

It is forbidden to tighten a nut a little further labels, and then to release, as распорная the plug of bearings of a leading gear wheel in this case is deformed.
