Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove transmission.
2. Fix coupling, having inserted оправку.
3. Find adjusting labels, at their absence designate coupling position on a flywheel.
4. Gradually and in regular intervals release bolts, turn away bolts and remove coupling.

As a rule, replacement is demanded only by a frictional disk, however it is necessary to check up a condition of all details.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a flywheel and check up a condition of the directing bearing.
2. If the bearing заедает at проворачивании replace it, having got a stripper and запрессовав оправкой.
3. Check up a condition of a surface of a frictional disk. At detection замасливания eliminate a leak, having replaced epiploons. At dismantling it is necessary to replace a frictional disk irrespective of its condition. Check up disk palpation to establish a condition of a press disk and a coupling casing.
4. Together with a frictional disk it is necessary to replace and выжимной the bearing. Remove выжимной the bearing (1) from a primary shaft, remove a spring (3) and remove the lever (2). Check up a condition of the lever and collect knot upside-down.
5. Check up deterioration of a rubbing surface of a flywheel, having put calibre. At strong deterioration a flywheel replace.
6. Check up a condition of a surface of a press disk, диафрагменной a spring and spring fingers. At dismantling, or after considerable run, it is recommended to replace coupling.

Installation

Correct position of the lever of deenergizing of coupling after assemblage


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clear a flywheel and coupling. Establish coupling, having combined labels, and wrap bolts by hand.
2. Centre a disk with the help оправки which should enter into directing bearing both gradually and in regular intervals tighten coupling bolts. Preliminary establish a disk on (arrow) pins, using the labels put at dismantling.
3. Grease a flute выжимного the bearing (And and In – greasing places), rubbing surfaces of a plug and шлицы a primary shaft of a check point with refractory greasing. Establish the bearing. Establish transmission.
