MALFUNCTION
THE REASON
Bad contact of brushes
Brushes зависли (dirt), are worn out. Contact rings are polluted.
Malfunction выпрямительного the block
Connections of plugs with conclusions of the battery of a "mass" wire are polluted or is absent. An error at battery connection (return polarity). Wrong connection to the additional battery at engine start-up. Electric welding was spent at the connected generator. Absence of contact of conclusions in generator sockets, pollution of conclusions or defeat by their corrosion.
Malfunction of the bearing
More often arises because of an excessive tension приводного a belt. At loading on a generator pulley the sliping belt publishes a sharp sound which at all does not mean that a belt will pull. Worn out приводной the belt leans against a bottom of a stream of a pulley, instead of on lateral walls of a pulley, as generates such sound.
